Massachusetts takes the cake for stupidest legislation. If this passes, why would people bother paying taxes anymore?

Hell, ours passed a gas tax rate hike last year, they realized their mistake so they'll refund the amount this year when you send your gas receipts in, I've already got to moving boxes full of them

I thought if you were moving from one state to another you had to get a new driving licence, so why wouldn’t you if you move from one country to another?
