Disney is removing boys and girls, from its restrooms, i know where im not taking my daughters on their next vacation. s

@MoonMoon It's a big Taboo in USA, protect the women, give them their own bathroom and give them more privacy.

But this story isn't true, they're changing the verbal greetings, not the bathrooms.

@Viper when they introduced those here it was the guys who got mad cause they no longer got those fancy urinals... which i guess makes sense for them

@MoonMoon oh yeah, I've been on road trips with females, the male bathrooms seem to move quickly, while the ladies restrooms get backed up and take a lot longer.

I think the urinals are a big part of that...

But yes, America is super concerned with some male doing something inappropriate with a female in the restrooms, especially against her will.

@MoonMoon very true, but in an open area someone could walk by and hopefully see, where in a bathroom it's hidden away and no one might find them for a while.

But you make a good point.

I'm just trying to point out why the American culture is generally against more than one person (with a lock) uni-sex bathroom.

They're very sensitive to that issue.

Also too often guys trash the bathrooms, not sure about ladies restrooms.

@MoonMoon I'm not for sharing a restroom with men. This is a personal, PRIVATE affair! Next, you'll have perverts peeking over stalls or under them...or sick men exposing their privates to innocent CHILDREN while waiting on mommy to exit the toilet and so on. It's too easy and too tempting for some. Who knows what's waiting inside? Or who will get raped!! Where will it end? No thank you!!

@MoonMoon Yes, it's just American culture. I don't think it'll change any time soon.

Especially with people creating and believing lies like this post and getting all upset.

I mean the bottom line is as long as everyone respects each other there is no issue.

American just don't nessarily respect each other, it's all about their (my) rights, not enough about their (others) rights, me me me etc.
