Masks help reduce my allergy symptoms

It is spring. The trees are pink. There is pollen in the air. A well fitting mask really helps prevent my sinuses from getting all gunked up.

I noticed I started getting sniffly as soon as the mask mandate lifted and I wasn't wearing a mask at work anymore.

I'm kind of surprised. But it makes sense, dust and pollen particles are way too big to get through a mask.
