Wow. That's spectacular. We're used to hearing about the northern lights (aurora borealis) but this is even more compelling.

Also, thanks to you, now I know why Australia was called by that name ⬇️

That would be the Southern Lights at the South Pole. Aurora Australis. Northern Lights are the Aurora Borealis.
