Story time! I was camping one time
We had a camp with nice tents and a big fireplace and stuff but we decided to go up on a hill a couple hours away by foot. Like a little survival trip taking only some essential things with us.🏕
So up on that hill we made some makeshift tents with sticks and stuff and a sheet over it. Bear Grylls style just shittier.
Made a little fire and had dinner. I believe hotdog sausages.
The whole camping trip was 10days and this was maybe the 8th night of it.
In all those 10 days the weather was wonderful [b]except[/b] for the 8th night 😑
So my young self was up on a hill somewhere in a forest laying in a small makeshift tent while there was a freaking hailstorm out there.
I managed to sleep for a bit but i woke up in a puddle 🥶
The tent survived 😌

The walk back to the main camp was like a group of zombies dragging their feet and grumbling 🧟♂️
Still enjoyed the camping trip
Would do again but in a better tent
