Yep . Eagles will eat carrion... you Wouldnt think true of a bird of prey ... but eagles are survivors

@TexChik they are. This was a young one. The top of his head hasn't quite turned completely white. I've got a video of him too. Let me sit there for the longest time, not 20 feet away.

We get them through occasionally at the farm . We have a lake full of fish and some pecan trees are close by to perch on

@TexChik they are just living life. I think while on the move they are oblivious to what might be oncoming.
