He is acting just like Russia and China you don't go in and Conquer a land and force people by force to give it over that is what dictators do that will also cause more of our allies to lose faith in us and part ways. Reducing the number of allies is not acting in our best interest nor is forcing Ukraine to unconditionally surrender to Russia I am well aware of what Mr Trump is and who he works for and it certainly is not us

@danielsnyder Speaking of well researched, factual, timely, relevant, helpful information, what makes you think China is in Greenland??
cuteblondegreyguy · 56-60, M
@ElwoodBlues Who submitted the aforementioned contention?
ElwoodBlues · M
@cuteblondegreyguy The OP.
... don’t want you to understand. They support commie China
I agree that the whole original post is word salad, but the implication here (and based on some Tяump comments) seems to be that the US needs to rescue Greenland from China, and you seemed to be agreeing. Oh, but perhaps you were being sarcastic and I missed that. D'oh, a thousand pardons sir!!

What utter tosh.
Under the 1951 treaty (amended 2004), the status of Greenland and its security is already the subject of agreement between the US and Greenland. Nothing has changed since then, except for the accession of the orange moron to the US presidency.
Greenland is also a member of NATO so is protected by Article 5.
Trump's nonsense is nothing to do with common sense, but populism appealing to his hard-of-thinking MAGA supporters.

@danielsnyder Dude, you missed the central point here. NAFTA doesn't exist anymore. Tяump cancelled NAFTA and negotiated and his own agreement called USMCA, passed by Congress in Dec 2019.
Any complaints you might have about trade agreements between US, Canada, and Mexico are ALL due to Tяump. It's cute how you attempt to blame democrats for the flaws in Tяump's USMCA.
To paraphrase St Ronald of Reagan:
The trouble with our conservative friends is not that they're ignorant; it's just that they know so much that isn't so.

Based on NAFTA’s damage that was the best deal in 2019. There will be a way better deal now. @ElwoodBlues

Evicting China? It's a big country with a lot of people. Where would it, and they, go? :-)
danielsnyder · 36-40, M
Evicting China from the Americas (western hemisphere) if that wasn’t clear. @ArishMell
ArishMell · 70-79, M
@danielsnyder That's even less clear!
The government of the People's Republic of China used to accuse the US especially, of "imperialism" and "hegemony".
Pot calling kettle black, yes, as those adjectives fit the modern China very well indeed, but it had a point.

Biden policies + the Fed had the economy doing very well before DJT once again started wreaking economic havoc.
You need to look at facts, not listen to non-MSM sound bites from others who also are unable to be skeptical of, e.g., Fox "News", which filed as entertainment, not actual news.
Why is the US worse off with the trash Biden left then?
