Yer know me, unfortunately I've managed to develop heart failure on top of everything else I was already suffering from, so I'm kinda more than a bit buggered these days.

@AntisocialTroll omg I don’t even know what to say to that. Are you going to be ok? Is it treatable?
@SW-User I am having treatment and I do feel better than I have for over a year now it's finally been diagnosed but essentially I'm buggered lol, the damage has been done.
There is a small chance I might be suitable for oxygen therapy cos of the COPD, if I am it will make a difference to the heart failure and improve my quality of life so whilst I'm not gonna make old bones at least there is a tiny bit of hope for me.

@AntisocialTroll I just want to send you all the hugs. I never forget that I feel like that one night you saved my life by calling and just being with me when I was so low
@SW-User I do feel a bit mean cos I've not kept in touch but I cut off from my RL contacts when I'm ill too, it's just what I do to cope with it but I'm really glad to know I helped you out that night.
