Counting down the hours until I can call my mental health team for help

I hate the crisis team that is on duty 24/7 so waiting until my normal team will be in the office to help me…only 9 more hours to go

@BlueVeins they did a home visit today, did a new risk assessment and crisis plan and have put me on daily welfare checks while I’m struggling
