It’s official…

I have bruised the entire right side of my rib cage and have fractured 2 ribs 😫

Lots of rest, ice and pain killers until further notice.

You shouldn't take pain killers for fractured ribs until 48 hours after the event try some ice packs sorry you fell hope you get better soon :)

@SW-User the hospital gave me painkillers so I trust their advice

@SW-User Ok Sophie no worries That was the advice i got when i fractured mine but it's up to you :)

Hospital also gave me some after breaking my ribs x sorry to tell you but it’s going to hurt for weeks, getting in and out of beds a nightmare xx good luck xx@SW-User
