I Am American

The downfall of being an American is when I read that its "Really hot" and they say its 28 Celsius. I have no clue how hot that is.

Please excuse my previous error.
Celsius = temp c + 32 x 1.8 = Farenheit

or in this case;

28 + 32 = 60 x 1.8 = 108F

and yes, that's freakin hot!
