The 14th Amendment says that PR is a territory of the US, but Congress granted Puerto Rican-born people American citizenship in 1917 through the Jones Act. Are they citizens? YES, Bad Bunny IS an American citizen.

there's more spanish speakers in america than english speakers. america is a very large continent where most people speak spanish.

It’s likely that after the indigenous languages, Spanish was probably spoken on this continent before English.
Yes Puerto Ricans are American citizens and technically the USA has no official language.

English was designated as the official language of the United States in an executive order on March 1, 2025.

But executive order doesn't mean law... and it literally could change whenever a President wants it to change and technically doesn't mean that much.
