@NativePortlander1970 lockdowns for mass arrests as all those sealed Federal Indictments get served. Each indictment can have from 1-99 people on it who will get arrested. This means a huge amount of criminals all over this country will get arrested. Curfews will be to protect the citizens while it is happening so they don’t get caught in the crossfire.
