Where did we go???

What amounts to martial law in DC... I am by no means the liberal I once was, but there has to be an in-between somewhere. I cannot take the mad dog mentality of extremists of either kind. Then again, when I saw the released footage of what happened in Uvalde, it did give me pause. So what is the solution, besides prayer, which I do! Also, I am taking a chance on making this post because some of the political discussions here can be a bit intimidating to me. I love my country, always have, but the way things are going, I just don't know anymore.

Born and raised, I am an Anarchist, and from a broadview perspective, there's a lot more going on than most people will ponder and realize.
...
Do not mistake me for a centrist; being Anarchist means, I am apolitical; the left-right-sideways nonsense, is beneath me, by leaps and bounds.
...
Solution? Not a quick one, but a very long-term one that I don't think anyone is going to even consider. Decentralize. Globally.

@Amyrakunejo our forefathers were vehemently opposed to centralized government; we went to war with England over a 10% tax on tea, the civil war was due to in large part, over-federalization/centralization. A Republic is the only type of government that has worked sufficiently for any length of time, and is what we're supposed to be; pure democracies are a disaster waiting to happen, as are any other government that's been tried.

This constant push towards centralized global government (one world order) will eventually reduce everyone to anarchy
@wildbill83 I wanna see the revolution. George Orwell never did publish 1985, ya know...
