@Confined I don't care what Joe Biden did. If he did something terrible (which he did), is that our standard for good all the sudden? Why compare Trump to him? Trump is president now.

Trump wants to put a trillion toward infrastructure, but Joe B stole the money.....so Doge was supposed to find fraud he could reroute to that cause. But Dems has stopped him at every juncture of looking for waste and fraud. When we hit 50 trillion we will no longer be able to pay our depts, and our economy will crash. Catch 22.

@SinlessOnslaught Roads, bridges, and tunnels need major work. Plumming and Natural Gas lines in most places need 100% replacement. Wireing and all major electrical need a complete overhaul.

Moreover, with rightwingers currently controlling all three branches of the federal government, there's no way for Democrats to stop Musk / the DOGE scam from doing anything, to stop Musk from, e.g., ensuring he gets to cancel an FAA contract with Verizon so that the contract can go to Musk instead, for his own personal benefit and enrichment.
