DJT and others got them riled up at the outdoor rally at the Ellipse @ the White House.

DJT sent this worked-up crowd to the Capitol, saying that he'd be there.

Unless DJT is the BLM guy, not sure whom you could mean, as all you have is your typical unfootnoted statement.
