So I guess it's now completely legal for the FBI to view our browsing history without a warrant.

A skilled hacker ought to start releasing the browsing history of every senator who voted yes to this

they were doing It before.. they just want to not get sued for getting caught doing it now. We've lived in a police state for some time.. long before the latest administration. Its very bad.
@Coppercoil Remember J Edgar Hoover ? He basically had carte blanche to spy on anyone whose politics he feared, for decades. The head of the FBI kept the most intimate records on citizens who’d committed no crimes other than supporting liberal or progressive causes.
Then of course, there was McCarthyism and the whole communism paranoia. I wish all the skeletons in Hoover’s “closet” had come out during his lifetime.

@bijouxbroussard I do remember. I believe it's a torch the administrations pass on.. i think it never goes away.. just each new admin get it and never tries to fix it or stop it.. so the powers just grow and advance with the technology. Its scary.
