Nikki Giovanni (1943-2024)

She was one of my heroes growing up. I bought all of her books and actually got to meet her when she spoke at my college in the late 70s.

Totally agree. Yet not only someone loses out, many lose out. That is how it's currently working.

The differences are much greater.

Please look at the disparity in networths.

The top is currently at least five times greater than the bottom. Not just twice as much.
