Love it! And that's the kind of thing I was hoping to hear from other countries...

We Americans MIGHT be crazy to the rest of y'all.... BUT we weren't that crazy, and the people that voted for Trump, didn't seem to realize he would be this nuts this go around...

Just hoping the Democrats don't swing it too far back the other way and we have to just keep rejecting both sides as they're all being too crazy...

But clearly, Trump's new term is not what American wanted... he took things too far and too crazy...

Sure control the boarders... but don't be throwing people out that live here for decades without a single questionable thing on their record...

Don't keep lying to us...

I have found that once a party gains power that the more extreme element determines the agenda.
Bernie warned Democrats to serve the working person trying to survive in these times.
It seems to me that Don told people what they wanted to hear and then discarded the campaign promises once he got elected. The next two years will make interesting history and daily theater as we right ourselves up.

@sstronaut You're absolutely right. The parties themselves represent the extremes. The plurality of Americans now (like me) belong to neither party. That mass of unaligned folks in the middle is faced with a decision each election cycle between bad and worse.

I could never vote for the MAGA right, but I'm equally opposed to the DSA on the left. Count me with Matthew McConaughey seeking candidates from the middle.

When I first heard that the President of the United States of America publicly announced he wants Canada and Greenland to become US states no matter what, I thought this must be some sort of a bad hoax. This cannot be true. 😐

@helenS He (donny) can do some really dumb stuff but after Putin’s invasion of Ukraine it seemed to be the enabler of an Imperialistic attitude.
