Retail store in Europe that has everything?

So if you go on Google maps and go to street view, you can practically go anywhere in the world. I was heading down this one street and saw this huge retail store (don't remember the name) but going on the website basically looked like anything and everything you needed was at this one store.

What's the name of the store? And then one day I was reading up on Australia. Apparently you can't just go there to live, you have to be a contributing member of society, like if you wanted to immigrate there, you have to have a job within so much time or something and you have to send proof to whatever the organization was. Like, is that really a thing over there??
