The "How does one man become so powerful ?" question is a good one.
Didn't we all say this about Bill Gates up until recently ?
2/3 of the world's computer software from one company ?
If these people have the ears of country's leaders, close scrutiny has to be paid by both regulators and policymakers and Judiciary to ensure laws are being adhered to and one businessman isn't selling his (or anybody else's) country out just because they can, or in pursuit of profit.
