There are several. Of course Independence day is the largest one celebrated. Yet even a few foreign national holidays are celebrated in certain parts of the country.
As an example Cinco de mayo is very much celebrated in south western states despite it being a national Holiday from Mexico.
Even a few jobs let some take it off.
