"I've Told Every Little Star" by Linda Scott (1961). For something very bad and very funny, check out Mary Ellis's 1933 version. For something surprisingly good, try Bing Crosby's 1945 version. All on YouTube.

@NotHereForYou I remember Linda Scott's version from when I was 11. A few days ago I wikipedia'd it to see who wrote the clever lyrics. Lorenzo Hart, with music by Oscar Hammerstein from a 1931 Broadway musical. Not at all rock&roll!
