What song or piece of music makes you think of a country—that isn’t its national anthem ?

Either your own country or another ? Something that feels like the national character that you’ve observed, or even imagined ?

Maybe this is why it makes you think of England? Holst himself wrote a variation of the melody in order to fit the meter of an English patriotic hymn:
