I Love the Way Music Makes Me Feel

Prior to Manchester last May, I took every opportunity I could to see my favourite artists perform their greatest songs for me. Since then, I haven’t had the confidence to go to an arena without feeling unsafe and trapped. This photo, which I admit is a terrible quality, was taken at Leeds Fest last year. Leeds Fest was different for me: it was outdoors rather than in an arena and I felt much less trapped. I felt safe and I was happy to be there. I’ll never forget the amazing time that I had here. It just goes to show how music unites us all and makes us feel incredible.

I did try to fix the quality of the picture by adding a black/white effect, but it still doesn’t pay tribute to how amazing Eminem’s set was.

I was a huge fan of Eminem in 1998. Unfortunately he died around 2004

@Focus Oh. I like the odd song. I like Chloraseptic on the new album. But hate every other song

I love live music. The Manchester incident was rare and a tragedy but it won't stop me from going or taking my children's to large scale events in arenas

@Focus I have taken my kids to Wembley in 80k crowds. I wouldn't put them in danger, there is a very minute chance of there being a terrorist attack.
