What's the best option or App for making a slideshow with a song I've chosen?

I have 60 photographs, and 10 short 8 second clips walking through a journey I was on...but want to put music to it, with the short clips spaced out evenly between the photographs. Should it continue past the song?, I have a back up song 🎵🎶
