Such a beautiful song. The whole Come Around Sundown is a masterpiece and the best album KoL made in terms of thematic unity and aesthetical integrity. The steel guitar touches skidding over that album cover as you're basking in a pool of light encapsulates nostalgia as a musical affair for me. I remember listening to Back Down South as I'm laying underneath an olive tree in the tuscanian countryside at 6.30 pm of a midsummer evening as one of the most peaceful feeling I ever attained.
