My Pink Floyd introduction. I was in 11th grade and came home from an evening out with friends. My father was asleep on the couch with the TV on. It was on some UHF channel and there was a black and white show on showing a group playing music in a studio. It was a sound like I had never heard so I planted my butt on the floor in front of it. This guy whispered Careful with that axe Eugene and all hell broke loose in the song. I was a fan ever since that night and that weekend Ummagumma was my first Pink Floyd purchase.
