I don’t get why people dislike Taylor Swift

Her music is really good and she comes across as a cool/nice person.
I have a few of her albums on vinyl, I love them.

I'm just not into "shallow" music. I prefer "deeper" music - something that makes you think about and cause you intellect to grow.
I don't like several popular bands for the same reason. Beatles, Stones ... etc are all just shallow non-intellectual "listen-to-it-and-forget-about-it" junk. Good for what it's meant for and no more.
