I don’t get why people dislike Taylor Swift

Her music is really good and she comes across as a cool/nice person.
I have a few of her albums on vinyl, I love them.

I could say the same thing about Linkin Park or Static-X or any number of bands that I think are the greatest thing. Wisdom is knowing we are all different and are going to like different things.

@Strongtea if you want a deep dive then there are many reasons for that. Her religious beliefs, her controversy with Blake Lively, the content of her songs involving ex boy friends, her swapping music genres, who her boy friend is, the fact that she is a billionaire, the fact that attention is on her and not others, etc... When you take into account that people have an opinion about everything and she is so popular and well known then you have to know she will be picked apart good and bad and everyone will feel differently about each aspect.
