Exactly! I saw that post too. I think this is an indication of the internet ( not to mention Hollywood and advertising companies) creating such ridiculous expectations in people. It is really depressing.
I remember years ago, when the internet was pretty new, there was a Doonesbury cartoon about this. A college guy walks in on his roommate, who has discovered naked photos of women on the internet.
So the roommate shows him what he has been looking at, and explains that internet photos are better than real life. Nobody in real life can compete. And the guy responds....
"What about our French TA? She's pretty hot."
"She has a freckle on the back of her neck."
"Oh, that's right."
"But here, everything is perfect!"
