Prince, "I Wish U Heaven" (1988)

From his album "Lovesexy". Per Wiki one of his least popular albums, but full of beautiful songs like this one. The cover might’ve been in questionable taste, but the music is pure gold.
On the cd (which notoriously has no track demarcations), this is the last song, and he closes with "I wish u heaven !"

Prince kept all his music off the internet (even if it was only a pf tune radio playing in the background) until his unfortunate death .Nice romantic ballad sort .I remember the cover😀

Although Sign of the Times was the album that got me into Prince ,

This is the album I played until my ears bled .....

I love all the track , but this is probably my personal favourite.

Alphabet St. Is totally underrated in his catalog. It was a top 10 single, but today is mostly forgotten.
