My Song of the day

1973 Lynyrd Skynyrd

Bye-bye, baby, it's been a sweet love, yeah, yeah
Though this feeling I can't change
But please don't take it so badly
'Cause the Lord knows I'm to blame

But if I stay here with you girl
Things just couldn't be the same
'Cause I'm as free as a bird now
And this bird you cannot change

@Thrust Was that through a clairvoyant ? Sweet home Alabama is my fave. It has been featured in the almost legendary "Con Air", the film "Sweet home Alabama" of course, both of which include dance sequencies (of a sort), "Forest Gump" "Dispicable me" "Joe Dirt" "8 mile" and "Sahara" about Nazi gold in a submarine in the desert - whcih I think captures the rebellious nature of the song really well, and on TV in "Ciminal Minds" and Kentucky fried chicken adverts.

I think Sweet Home Alabama and Freebird are like socnes, yhou either have the cream on top or underneath but you are definitely not on the fence about it.

@Captain

Dusty Hill of ZZ Top joined them for it creating weapons grade guitar power. There even was a harvest moon which was a nice touch when they were dissing Neil Young
