The Worlds' Greatest Rock and Roll Band! Great song from 1966 and the "Aftermath" LP..

Back in the day it was one of the "Must turn the stereo louder" Stones songs along with 19th nervous Breakdown, Get Off of My Cloud, I Can't get No (Satisfaction) and Honky Tonk Women. Later Tumbling Dice was added.

Almost making that cut were Mother's Little Helper, Not Fade Away, Street Fighting Man and Play With Fire.
@wackidywack I saw them in 1978 on the "Some Girls" tour in Cleveland. And that was steeping into enemy territory as I am from around Pittsburgh and the two are hated rivals. Like in how Chicago hates Detroit kind of hate! lol

After having been a fan for 15 years and having EVERY LP--and most 45's, I FINALLY saw them. Unreal!

Yes. Less than $13 to see Peter Tosh, Kansas, and The Stones. And Artful Dodge who opened.

@Elandra77 I'm jealous as hell
@wackidywack

There were 86,000+ of us in a stadium (now demolished) that held 100,000

Despite what the tickets said about rows it was general seating and first come first serve.

And IT WAS PEACEFUL..even with 86,000!

I believe they are touring now so you may still be able to see them.

Here they talk of it and include the set list. We got "Satisfaction" but not Street Fighting Man. You can make a playlist of the set and hear what we heard..,,kind of...

I am told the '78 tour was better than the '75 tour but NOT as good as the '72 one. In that regard I am also jealous!
