Some friends of mine went to the show. What did you think of Soldier Field as a venue?

We were right up front against the stage, and everything was perfect. Typically, I’m not a fan of stadium shows, because the acoustics are generally awful. This experience was more like a club show for us, so I really can’t grade it like someone who might have been further back. I’ve gone to a lot of Bears games over the years, so I’m very familiar with Soldier Field as a venue including the ins and outs like where to park, when to arrive, etc. I’m sure it was a frustrating experience for people who’d never been to the stadium before, though. @luckranger71
Good to hear. Soldier Field gets a lot of hate, but I have had nothing but good experiences when there for other events. No concerts however. Fellow Bears fan. 🙌
Preferable to Wrigley for acoustics if you’ve been for concerts? I saw Pearl Jam there a few years ago. Loved the atmosphere. The acoustics were meh. @SW-User
Thanks 😁 There were a couple of times when Mick would be right in front of us, but by the time I’d snap the pic, he’d be gone. At one point, I told my son “he’s too damn quick!” @Peaches
