👍 yes but. I saw both of these shows at the Laurel race track. Savoy Brown never played because of chaos the second night was shut down after Ten Years After finished..

Zeppelin actually sucked at this show
It was like they couldn't play their own music. Johnny winter and Jethro Tull stole the first night while the Guess Who and Sly stole the Second night

@Musicman yes I was and the 2nd night was a cold rainy muddy mess. Some fires were set using seats and Alvin Lee stopped playing telling the crowd to put the fires out. It got so roudy the police stopped the show before the last act.

I was 15 at the time

If you want to see a fantastic Tull cover act then Youtube 'Paul and Marcie Forrest' Pauls voice is near identical to Ian Andersons. If you love Tull you will not be disappointed by Paul and Marcie.

Tbh Anderson should hire him fulltime to do the vocals on Tull tours.

Always been a fan of Led Zeppelin but it's hard to believe they are in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Jethro Tulll aren't. Just comes to show that place is a complete joke.
