Was grunge the last time rock music was in the spotlight?
I'm not someone who says "rock is dead" but it's not in the spotlight like it was before. I know there are still some good artists but it seems like after grunge rock music took a backseat.

I think streaming has taken away a lot of the "spotlight" because you can listen to exactly what you want and not have to listen to a bunch of other stuff to get to the song you want to hear. I honestly can't remember the last time I listened to the radio.
