Sammy Hagar over David Lee Roth.

Hagar days were far more mature, good, solid rock. Roth was basically, good, immature rock with a GREAT guitar player. Anyone agree?

I only got to see Sammy with Van Halen but I did see DLR as a solo artist.

Likes them both in Van Halen so would be hard to chose

Sammy Hagar had a band called Montrose that had a hit with Rock Candy. I didn't much care for him when he was with Van Halen

Loved them both but if I have to pick one it’s DLR over Sam Halen. But you know Sammy Hagar is laughing watching DLR destroy his legacy every time he steps on a stage and rolls out whatever tf it is he’s doing now.

@RockVolleyGirl That sounds about right. Saw Van Halen in New Orleans years ago and they played a hell of a 3 hour concert. One of the loudest concerts I've ever been to by far but not surprising lol 🤘🎸
