I Love Pink Floyd

The Wall Live!... When I first got into Pink Floyd some years ago, I was disappointed, because I never thought I'd get the chance to see them live. When I heard Roger was doing The Wall tour again, I was beyond excited. I mean it's only one member of Floyd, but still, I heard their stage shows were beyond amazing, and I wasn't going to miss this opportunity. After seeing it last night, I'm kind of shell-shocked. It was the single greatest music experience of my life!

knew it was going to be good when to start, Roger came on, and put on a leather trench-coat when he was starting as the surrogate band. The effects were absolutely spectacular. As the show progressed, the wall kept getting larger and larger, and it functioned as a projector screen to project video effects. The biggest highlight for me was Nobody Home, easily my favorite Floyd song. Other highlights were the giant pig making an appearance, Roger singing a duet with himself with concert footage from the previous Wall tour, 30 years ago, and of course, Comfortably Numb. If you get a chance to see Roger perform in concert, don't pass it up!
