When I lost my car in a parking garage the manager ended up touring me through the whole place to no avail, that's after MY looking first...in vain for 2 hours, then it turned out it was across the street, in THAT parking garage.
Once the car was in a spot in a whistle stop town of 30 people and I couldn't find it so I finally called the police. They found it. They didn't send me to the morons asylum but if in a bad mood they would have.
Happened in Walmart, management had to help me find it... all that took about 2 hours. No reason.
Happened countless other times. I get lost driving ALL the time , always end up in a store asking them to pull out their smartphone, I don't have one cause that stuff always goes missing too...
and the GPS machines are as inaccurate as the google maps half (or more) of the time. Its not funny but I do get sneered at when I ask out....no therapist understands either.
You have no problems m'lady.

@PleasurePunch Oh wow, I think we may be on the same level as far as being directionally challenged.
The first time I can remember losing my car was as a new college student. I parked my car, and walked to XYZ building. My classes were in several different buildings. When I left the last class, I walked outside to get in the car. My car wasn't there. I had to call the security who helped me retrace my steps as he rode me around in the golf cart thru the parking lot, to the building in which my first class was located. Then I found my car.
I met a friend at a concert just a few days after I got my current car.
When the concert was over and I walked in the sea of cars in the parking lot, I realized that I didn't truly know what my car looked like. I would walk up to every car the make and color of mine. I'd be like, wait, do I have a spoiler? Is that how my wheels look? I ended up waiting several minutes for the parking lot to start clearing out before I found it.
Another time, I met a friend at a play downtown. Afterwards, she wanted to go eat. I didn't think I had parked in a good ,safe spot, as to not get towed, so I moved my car after the play and hopped out so fast that I didn't know where I parked it. I figured I'd be ok if I knew I parked in from of XYZ cafe. I walked around in circles downtown for about an hour before I had to call someone because it was about to get dark. So as they drove slowly, I would press the "alarm" buttom on my key fob so that the car would make noise when we got to it. They spotted it before I did lol
