Favorite Metal band,genre and why?

Mine is Slipknot and yes I’ve seen them in concert. I don’t hate on any bands I don’t judge depending on what you like.

I realize there’s different genres of metal I just thought it would be easier to name the band rather than get into detail

Nine Inch Nails and second is Tool. But I absolutely adore SlpiKnot and they are probably third for me.

@DarkHeaven When I was trying to make the industrial metal playlist in December, I really wanted to put NIN there but I didn't find any song that would sound harsh enough to feel like metal. 🙈

@CrazyMusicLover That’s fair. I kinda like metal that’s less hard sometimes, though. Slipknot is really good, though.

@CrazyMusicLover They are probably more industrial than metal, with dark lyrics. I get it. I just love them, though.

@DarkHeaven Oh, this one sounds a bit harsher than ones I found. That would qualify as metal to me. I bet there are more but they have such big discography that it would take a lot of time to find something specific. 😀

@CrazyMusicLover They are my fav band… but yeah, only some of their stuff is hard enough to be in a true metal playlist.
