have you heard this song, and do you also find it annoying

i heard it the other day and found it soooo annoying, i don't know the name of the song or the singer but the lyrics went like this '' feel the rain on your skin, no one else can feel it for you, no one else no one else''

i thought it was so damned annoying, i turned the radio off immediately.

It kinda scares me that I recognize it just by the lyrics.
But.... it is one of those they played too damn much so.. it stands to reason.
So annoying
