I love lyrics sometimes

So do I, except those sometimes are rare.
Words are my world.

Most of the time, the instruments in pop dominate over the voice so that one can't hear the words, or only unintelligible snatches.
I'd rather listen to music with no words at all than verbal fragments with no meaning.

Give me lyric writers like Joni Mitchell or Lou Reed - and I'm enthralled.
