Listening to a song and processing the lyrics will often make me have a zing moment.
There is such creativity in putting the music, melodies together and writing a song that tells a story that will evoke such emotions and often it’s relatable to everyday life.
A close female friend of mine, a sister like bond we share. She’s going through some challenges within her relationship of 16 years. Last weekend we attended a 21st birthday bash and gf became way too intoxicated that I became the bodyguard. In an ideal scenario I would have happily called her SO to come and collect her as I was not wanting to babysit her in a situation that could easily be avoided. She wasn’t keen to my idea...and it became one of those “ohhh what a night!”
