Switched up from Trazodone to Remeron (Mirtazapine)

My doc told me I could just go from one to the other, no taper.

My brain said no. It's so out of it. This is the only song I can tolerate right now.

yeah I know it’s hard, it’s best not to become reliant on meds.

@SW-User I've been on the same pharmaceutical dosage for years, it's low and I never increase. Could be why things seems not as good lately....but I agree, and I won't increase.

They seem to do well for people at the start and always need more once it wears off, or changing them.
I’ve never but I know plenty who do, they can cause long term effects.
