I Have Always Loved Music

From a young age I was always drawn to older rock. My first connection to music was on the local mix station. My parents always listened to the newer music and that was ok but to me there was no feeling. Later on my step mother became obsessed with new age Christian music and that was all I ever got to here in her car. The same three songs that the station played over and over. I've always been a Christian (Lutheran) But I have never liked any new age Christian. For me if you're going to play Christian music play some gospel or hymns lol. Anyways I got completely infatuatedwith rock in my early teens. It was and still is all i listen to. Anyways its just sad to see some of the greats be replaced by people with almost no talent. It seems anyone that can sit in front of a computer can be a singer with autotune now. I just wish some go old classic rock would come back into style. I mean I would take Billy Joel, Boston, Yes, or Phil Collins over XXXTenision , lil wayne, or any new age singer/rapper. The motto I live by is that music is like candy. You throw the wrappers away lol
