@JackDaniels Not necessarily. Becoming friends with benefits after a break down of a relationship creates confusion which won't help and can make things worse.

@JackDaniels Not me personally, no, but I've seen it do a number on a few friends. Friends with benefits after a break up doesn't allow time for self reflection, healing and growing because your mind will still consider the relationship still going. Maybe after some time, it can happen, but not right after a break up.
