W/out Debbie...there's no Madonna, Gaga, et al...and what I love about her is when Chris Stein was sick, she basically put her career on hold to take care of him....that's love!

I always thought this song ran kinda contrary to the times - the part about this girl waiting till she got her turn with the guy.

Wasn't till couple decades later I realized the song was written by a guy in The Paragons and done by many others.
