@darknight nope it's fake. And yeah he's been in hot water with his neighbours. Everybody has been in an argument with someone. Just because he's famous doesn't mean he has to be perfect. He trashed the home he rents but no doubt would have it cleaned up after he stops renting it. All reasons arent a reason to hate him.
