I'd forgotten how much I like jazz.

It's been nice, getting back into jazz. I listened to it a lot when I was younger, starting in high school, but then my musical interests drifted elsewhere and jazz got left by the wayside. I've been listening to it again lately, and... it's been nice.

Jazz is one of my favorite genres. I grew up hearing my father’s and maternal grandfather’s records.

@bijouxbroussard My favorite era & style is probably the mid-to-late 50s "hard bop" era. People like Art Blakey and Lee Morgan and Clifford Brown. Among many others.

@SW-User Art Blakey and The Jazz Messenger’s Drum Suite is one of my favorite albums. I was listening to "Oscalypso" last night.
